Enhancement of a womens strengths

So much of ‘traditional’ therapy focused on a woman’s shortcomings and weaknesses, my approach is to teach women to look for their own strengths and use them effectively.

When mentoring a therapist, I encourage them to help their client explore and understand what is causing dysfunction or unhappiness and then develop strategies to overcome these difficulties. When a woman connects with her inner power, she will discover her right to strive for what she wants and needs.

Teaching assertive behavior, will allow a women to become aware of their interpersonal rights, transcend stereotypical gender roles, change negative beliefs, and implement changes in their daily lives.
